Are these Flower Pretzel Bites not the cutest Easter treats you've ever seen? Not to mention ... the tastiest! Who doesn't love a combination of sweet & salty! Let's be honest, they're a bit tedious to make, because you've got to be pretty precise if you want them to look perfect, but they're so worth it! If you'd like to create these for the upcoming holiday weekend, here is what you'll need:
- White candy melts
- Easter/pastel regular M&M's
- Pretzel snaps
Directions: Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Place one candy melt on each pretzel snap, dispersed all over the pan. Cook for 3 minutes. Place one M&M (any color) in the center of the candy melt and press down slightly. *Remember to place the "M" side down* Carefully place a different color M&M around the outside, creating a flower shape. (I used 5 M&M's to go around the center M&M...it was easier for me than 6!) Once finished, set them out for an hour or two until hardened - then store in an air-tight container! Enjoy!
This is our little princess before we took her to see the Easter Bunny yesterday. Rocking her Burts Bees sweater from Grammy, pink girly leggings and cutie headband from Gymboree. Totally nostalgic looking at this gorgeous face thinking, where did the time go? I find myself saying "I can't wait for her to walk!" ... but 10 minutes later ... "I can't believe she's standing...wahhh!" Motherhood (at least for me) is the craziest, most challenging thing I have ever embarked on - but hands down the most rewarding. There is nothing like watching her grow...something new and beautiful every day. We are blessed beyond measure.
