I love quick + easy "make ahead" meals like this Baked Oatmeal! It's healthy for your kiddos (and you!) and super yummy! Even London loves it! I love to add blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and bananas to it so she's getting her fruit first thing in the morning too :) Heat up a square, pour a little milk over the top and you've got breakfast or a really yummy snack!
