We had the most amazing time in Maine this past weekend! I love creating new memories with London & capturing all of them in photos so we can show her the beautiful places we went as a family. My parents have a camp in Kokadjo on First Roach Pond, which is 18 miles north of Greenville a.k.a. middle of nowhere Maine :) It's so serene and peaceful; as soon as we arrive I instantly feel relaxed. The best part about visiting camp...there isn't any cell service! There's something amazing about having no choice but to just shut off your phones, computers, etc., and disconnect from the world. For a moment we are able to forget about the stresses of life and focus on each other completely. It's a beautiful thing.
We enjoyed a boat ride in the gorgeous sunshine, a chilly swim (58 degrees!), steak and chicken on the grill, a movie once we put Lo to bed, a bonfire complete with s'mores, lots of laughs and time to reconnect with family. It was such a refreshing trip and much needed for all of us!
I hope everyone had a wonderful & safe MDW filled with lots of love and laughter!
