It's not Friday yet (it should be), but the weather has been AH-mazing all week and I couldn't help but indulge in a little summer bevy last night! I've recently discovered Gaby from What's Gaby Cooking and her recipes are so top notch. This Skinny Margarita is no exception. 5 ounces of Tequila
5 ounces freshly squeezed citrus juice, orange, blood orange, tangerine, grapefruit
3 ounces lime juice
2 tsp agave nectar
splash of sparkling water
Directions: Run a wedge of lime across the top of 2 cocktail glasses. Once damp, coat the rim with salt. Add all of the ingredients, except for the sparkling water into a cocktail shaker with a few cubes of ice. Shake for 30 seconds until chilled and then strain the margaritas into serving glasses with new ice. Top with splash of sparkling water in each glass and serve immediately.
